We request you to review our policies below to ensure a seamless shopping experience. 1. DISPATCHED ORDERS – IMPORTANT NOTE Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered final. We are unable to accommodate any requests for cancellations, modifications, address changes, or returns for both domestic and international shipments. In the event of a delivery refusal or non-acceptance of the parcel, the applicable shipping and return charges will be borne by the customer. 2. EXCHANGE / CONCERN INTIMATION We take great care in ensuring product quality. However, if you wish to report a concern or request an exchange, kindly notify the Virasaa customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests raised beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for consideration. 3. ORDER CANCELLATION Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Within this window, you may also: Request a change in style or size Add additional items to your order Post 24 hours, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.
